5. Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer still hasn’t arrived (edit: now it has!)

It was Thanksgiving in the US yesterday and everyone and his dog was eagerly for this trailer from this little independent film from an upstart production group named Lucasfilm and Disney.

Needless to say yesterday then turned into a world of fakes and spoofs showing up on social media. Some were actually pretty good and as always showcase just how good some editors can be. They’ve mostly been removed now and Lucasfilm even went so far as denouncing them on Twitter.

We’re now here twiddling out thumbs as we wait for the real thing to show up. The latest speculation suggests it will be online at 10.15EST so 3.15 Irish Standard Time. This all stems from a tweet by the President of Disney France which has since been deleted.

We’ll upload the trailer when it arrives, and don’t worry we’ll just have another thirteen months of this sort of stuff.
