TAKE TWO: Amy Winehouse, Pan @ Bloom, The Gallows, IFTAs

1) New Trailer for The Gallows

The-Gallows

The Gallows has its first feature trailer and it looks like the definition of a generic found footage teen horror.

Add an awful cover of “Smells Like Teen Spirit” over the trailer and you have what will surely be a truly awful film. It hits Irish cinemas on September 4th.

2) Pan has a trailer and a garden at Bloom 2015

Pan

Warner Brothers have released the latest trailer for Pan, the newest incarnation of the Peter Pan story. It’s stars Hugh Jackman as Blackbeard and Levi Miller as Peter Pan. It’s director Joe Wright’s first film since Anna Karenina and will hit Irish screens on October 16th.

In celebration of this Warner Bros. Pictures Ireland have commissioned garden designers Liat & Oliver Schurmann of Mount Venus Nursery to present The PAN Garden at Bloom 2015 which takes place from the 28th of May until the first of June.

3) Amy has a new trailer

Amy-Winehouse

It’s a little over 1 month until Amy will be seen by Ms Winehouse’s legion of fans when it’s released on July 3rd.

I presume Other Voices will be pissed off if it doesn’t mention how she played down in Dingle one year and it was the best gig in the world ever.

4) The IFTAs

Páraic

Páraic wanted to be a gangster as far back as he can remember. Brought up on a diet of films he was too young to be watching by his brothers, all things 80s teens thanks to his sisters and the classics by his folks he's turned into a well-rounded (maybe a little too round) film lover. Only recently discovering North by Northwest, he longs for a train journey with a beautiful blond.
